Legionella Screen samples building water systems and cooling towers and has the samples analysed by culture in an accredited laboratory. It does not diagnose illness, does not treat anyone, and gives no medical advice of any kind. Submitted requests may be shared with independent environmental and laboratory service providers. Sampling, laboratory analysis, the interpretation of results, programme development, remediation and any dispute arising from that work are the sole responsibility of those companies and of the qualified professionals who perform it.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, public health guidance or a statement about anyone’s health. If illness is suspected or confirmed, contact your local or state health department and the clinicians involved. Nothing here interprets a laboratory result, and no threshold or action level is published anywhere on this site. Statements about standards, programme expectations, laboratory methods or regulatory requirements must be verified against their authoritative source, the applicable industry standard, federal and state requirements and public health guidance, as they apply to a specific building at the time.
